Fall Refund Schedule

Fall 2025 Refunds

Full refund of tuition and fees will be issued on cancelled classes. Refunds are processed after registration closes and financial aid is complete and will be mailed to students approximately four weeks after registration closes. Students who drop a workshop must notify the Business Affairs Office to begin the refund process. 

Important Note: If you are eligible for either financial aid or for "third-party payment" and you withdraw, you may be held responsible for paying your tuition and fees.


 Regular 16-Week Term

  • 100% - August 25 thru September 5
  • 0% - September 6 thru December 12

First 8-Week Term

  • 100% - August 25 thru August 29
  • 0% - August 30 thru October 17

Second 8-Week Term

  • 100% - October 18 thru October 24
  • 0% - October 25 thru December 12

Workshops

  • 100% - Before the first meeting
