The Associate of Science in mathematics curriculum provides basic courses for the first two years of a four-year curriculum leading to the Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics, Engineering, or Education with the intent to teach mathematics. This degree can be achieved in-person or fully online thanks to our Mixed Mode courses.
With this degree, students will have a solid background in both applied and pure mathematics that can be applied to a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or any other STEM field, as well as Education for those who wish to teach mathematics. Topics covered:

Students interested in CCC's Mathematics program can apply for general admission to the college and then file a degree plan with an Academic Advisor.
Although this program is designed to allow students to transfer to a four-year university to continue their studies in mathematics and other sciences, it will provide a solid foundation for a multitude of possible careers.
